For seven years, I've proudly served my community here in Loudoun County. Nearly five of those years were dedicated to my clients at Let's Play Speech Therapy and establishing my company as an exclusive leader in client-centered, play-based and neurodiversity affirming practices within our community. Using this approach, we thrived during the pandemic as best as we could, met clients where they were and focused on their specific needs in order to ensure their success.
However, now the time has come to put my talents to use elsewhere. My husband and I made the decision to relocate to Austin, TX and I will no longer be able to provide direct client services in Loudoun County as of May 12th. I have always been a firm believer in following your dreams and this next journey is a continuation of our dreams.
While direct client services come to an end, I am still contemplating how to handle the future of Let's Play Speech Therapy, and in a broader respect, my personal career. I share this with you to let you know that I am not completely bowing out of the field, but rather adjusting my focus to better suit the needs of my new community and my family.
I invite you to continue to follow this journey as I embark out West. Let's continue to enhance our children's growth and development through child-led, creative problem solving. Let's continue to inspire one another and challenge our minds. Let's continue to play.
